RWFit.com Workout: Tuesday 9/25/12

Two nights, two workouts. Here is the second of my hotel workouts on this trip - headed home tomorrow, so it is also my last. They can't all be winners...

No substantial rest (i.e., less than 30 secs) between reps or sets.

Round 1: 3 Sets

  • Dumbbell Shoulder Press
  • Dumbbell Back Fly
  • Lying Knees to Elbows
Round 2: 3 Sets
  • Lateral Dumbbell Shoulder Raise
  • Dumbbell One-Arm Row
  • Hollow Rocks
Round 3: 3 Sets
  • Front Dumbbell Shoulder Raise
  • Dumbbell Trap Raise
  • Plank
Result

It was... okay. Not the best workout I've done, but it got me moving. It was a short night last night and a long day today, so I was happy to get in some action. Tomorrow I'm back home early so hope to maybe get in a run or at least a more active workout on my home turf.
