RWFit.com Workout: Sunday 9/23/12

Time for a good shoulders and legs workout. I like to mix it up a bit with a variety of different exercises, but as usual need to keep the time fairly constrained. So there's no significant rest between sets or rounds.

Round 1: 3 Sets

  • Dumbbell Shoulder Press
  • Barbell Back Squat

Round 2: 3 Sets

  • Front Shoulder Raise
  • Pistols (Single Leg Squats)

Round 3: 3 Sets

  • Kettlebell Snatch
  • Weighted Lunges

Round 4: 2 Sets

  • Cable Shoulder Shrugs
  • Kettlebell Goblet Squat


Doing a focused workout on one or two bodyparts in a condensed timeframe always leaves me feeling good about the effort. We'll see how my legs feel tomorrow...
