RWFit.com Workout: Monday 9/24/12

Tonight was my first night at the hotel fitness center this week. It wasn't quite the setup I thought it was when I looked at the pictures, but it was certainly passable. 

Here's what I did:

Round 1: 3 Sets

  • Hammer Curls
  • Burpees
  • Tricep Kickbacks

Round 2: 3 Sets

  • Pronated Dumbbell Curl
  • Incline Dumbbell Chest Press
  • Bench Dips

Round 3: 3 Sets

  • Seated Dumbbell Concentration Curls
  • Dumbbell Chest Flies
  • Dumbbell Face Crushers

Round 4: 1 Set

  • Dumbbell Russian Twists
  • Knees to Elbows
