RWFit.com Workout: Wednesday 6/6/12

It's my birthday. It's also National Running Day. Best way to celebrate? Yeah, go running. Unfortunately, I'm traveling for work (sucks, right?), had a long day, and am beat.

So what do I do? Yeah, go running.

It wasn't much - it didn't need to be much tonight. I want to get some sleep and get up and workout tomorrow morning, but felt I needed to do something, so I ran a quick 2 miles at an 8:30 pace. Nothing too strenuous but it felt good and really, how can one not celebrate National Running Day?

My birthday I'll celebrate with family tomorrow.
