Sometimes you just need a quickie.

Workout, that is. At least, that's what I needed tonight. So I made up a relatively quick workout that got my heart pumping but didn't take that long as I was a little rushed for time. 

Trigger: 70 Strict Chin-ups

In between each set of Chin-ups:

  • Kettlebell Shoulder Press - 10
  • Medicine Ball Situps - 15
  • 18" Box Jumps - 20

As I said, a quick workout. It took me 5 rounds to work through the 70 chin-ups, which meant I did 50 presses, 75 situps, and 100 box jumps. All in about 20 minutes. Not too bad.

Result:

Felt good doing something after a long day of conference calls (when will this week end?), but left time to relax a bit with my wife. All-in-all, not that bad.
