I have to say, it was tough to get downstairs and workout tonight. After a long day of traveling and meetings (out at 5:30am, back at 7:00pm), then swim practice, kids homework, etc., I didn't have the chance to get on it until after 9pm.
But I'm glad I did. It wasn't a particularly unique workout, but I like ones where I'm pushing myself to fatigue multiple times.
Here's how I did it:
Round 1:
Yeah, that's it. But given the day, I wanted to do something fast but that made me fatigue out. I couldn't do anything other than the rowing in a single set, so the goal was to go until failure on each of the others, repeating with very minimal rest until I did the full count.
Simple, but ultimately effective.
The Result
A good sweat, sore muscles, and a great feeling that I pushed myself to get in a decent workout despite the time challenges. Such is Real World Fitness - managing to get and stay fit regardless of what life throws at you.
