RWFit.com Workout: Monday 6/11/12

So today was a triceps and abs day, with some fun cardio thrown into the mix. After a good run on Sunday, it was nice to get back to strength training.

The purpose of the cardio in this workout was to keep the heart going and to wear my legs out along the way, which I'm certain will happen in the Tough Mudder.

3 Rounds:

In between each set, do 10 24" Box Jumps

  • Face Crushers - 8 @ 35#
  • Hanging Straight Leg Lifts - 12
  • Tricep Kickbacks - 8 @ 30#
  • Knees to Elbows - 12
  • Weighted Raised-leg Bench Dips - 18
  • Hollow Rocks - 10

Results:

This was a nice Tricep and Abs workout, but throwing in the 24" box jumps between each set really brought it up a level. It felt good to get the blood pumping and do more focused tricep work.
