RWFit.com Workout: Tuesday 5/22/2012

It never fails, right? The day after I announce I'll start posting my workouts, I get sick. It doesn't happen very often, but I think that it's important to allow your body to recover so that you don't drag out the illness and further compromise your training or your health.

So what did I do?

  • Drink lots of liquids
  • Continued to eat my fruits and vegetables
  • Stayed more or less inactive, aside from coaching my son's tee-ball game
  • Got to bed early and got a full night's rest

It's not a guarantee to fix everything, but certainly helped quite a bit. Ready to hit it again on Wednesday for a light workout as I'm still not 100% recovered, but feel well enough to increase my activity level.
