Don't forget the "I" in "Fitness"

We've all heard the saying "There's no 'I' in 'Team'" before, and can appreciate the meaning. But I'm here to say there is an 'I' in "Fitness". In fact, there are several of them that we should always keep in mind:

  • Important - remaining active keeps you healthy, happy, and energized for life
  • Influence - don't do it alone; get others to make the commitment
  • Interact - share your stories , ideas, and challenges, and get excited about what you've accomplished

and the most important one of all - I. That's right - make yourself a priority. You'll be much better equipped to be there for friends and loved ones, to complete the household chores, and to service your community if you set aside time to improve your health.

Stay fit everybody.
